Warranty Policy

Metro Screenworks, Inc. guarantees that all orders are received free from damage incurred during shipping, defects in materials and craftsmanship, and inaccuracies on our part. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the order within 10 days of delivery and inspect for damage, defects in the materials and craftsmanship, and order accuracy. Warranty claims should be made via email to [e-mail].  

Some products may carry an additional manufacturer’s warranty and are available upon request.
